Creating A Food Safety Culture Executive Education is being offered May 24 - 26, 2017 on the beautiful MSU Campus.

The program includes two days of sessions facilitated by Frank Yiannas, Vice President of Food Safety & Health, Walmart, USA and Adjunct Professor in the Online Master of Science in Food Safety Program at MSU. The program also includes guest lectures by renowned MSU faculty member Keith Bezant Niblett, (Topic: Leadership in Times of Change), William "Bill" Marler, J.D., Managing Partner, Marler Clark LLP, and The Robert Leader Endowed Lecture with Guest Lecturer Michael R. Taylor, Independent Consultant, a Senior Fellow at Freedman Consulting, LLC and former Deputy Commissioner for Foods and Veterinary Medicine at the Food and Drug Administration.

Evening activities include: a welcome reception on Tuesday, May 23; a dinner and a tour of the internationally celebrated Eli and Edythe Broad Art Museum on Wednesday, May 24, and a "tailgate" dinner at the Huntington Club at Spartan Stadium on Thursday, May 25.
